  Tribes v1.0.0-rc2

  • Fix Debian/systemd runtime permissions for the NNTP spool and migrate legacy hand-installed units that used /usr/local/bin/tribes with UMask=0077.
  • Enable LAN peer discovery through mDNS and route GossipSub discovery through libp2p peer discovery.
  • Keep the data model strict: newsgroups are mutable IPNS names; articles/messages are immutable IPFS CIDs.
  • Include regenerated Linux, FreeBSD, Windows and Debian amd64 artifacts with SHA256SUMS.
